The Believe 271 Foundation board would like to take this time to publicly thank Russ and Marianne Brooks for their generous donation to our foundation. Past Chief Brooks while Chief of the Utica FD took a group of brave Utica firefighters to assist at the 9/11 tragedy in New York City. You both will assist firefighters battling cancer.
